Crysalis Group , under a 1965 agreement, arranged for EMI to pay them up to 1.5% on royalties for the Beatles records (for if I am reading correctly, George Martin was a Crysalis employee at the time, so the royalities were for that). Crysalis is now contesting the 2 million sales of TBRB as part of that that agreement and are seeking 500,000 pounds from EMI in a legal dispute. EMI is contesting that the concept of a video game would never have been forseen by the 1965 agreement.
