I just played Kinect Adventures. It was fun but I did not like that it took pictures.

Speaking of Zelda, I just finished Twilight Princess for the first time. It was a pretty good game, but I couldn't help but feel that something was missing the entire time I was playing it. The world is really big, but there's hardly anything to find in it, and it becomes pointless once you gain the ability to freely warp around. The motion controls do work, but they don't necessarily immerse you into the game like the best motion controls do. The combat is easy for the most part, especially the bosses. On the flipside, some of the puzzles are mind-numbingly frustrating, and there are many times between dungeons where the game does not give you a clear indication of where to go. The story was lackluster for a Zelda game, and the game's namesake character has virtually no role in the game's plot. I did love the special sword moves however, and you absolutely needed them for some of the harder enemies, which I really liked. I also loved most of the dungeons, but I found some of them to be frustrating and tedious to play. It's probably the worst of the 3-D Zeldas, though I have yet to play Wind Waker.

MM Water Temple(Great Bay Temple?), not OoT.
OoT's not even that good.
Yeaaaaaah, that's because it's a Gamecube game. They tacked on Wiimote controls to have SOMETHING out for the Wii launch.
What? Midna was the whole reason for the plot. You were the sheep to her shepherd the ENTIRE time.the game's namesake character has virtually no role in the game's plot.

@GNF I was talking about Zelda, not the Twilight Princess, but you're right about Midna being the one leading Link through almost the entire quest. I know that there are several Zelda games out there that don't have Zelda in them and don't even take place in Hyrule, but since TP did I was expecting her to play a bigger role in the story than she actually did.

Yeah, but I was curious since I heard it was infamous for being a tough temple. After playing the 3DS version, I learned the toughness came from the repeated pausing to put on or take off the iron boots in the N64/GC versions.
Same here! Was it the boxes that stumped you? Turns out I completely forgot about the mechanic of rolling into boxes to break them.

...Why?
What'd she do in the original Zelda? Waited in the final room for saving.
Second Zelda? Slept the whole game.
Third Zelda? Hid in a church until she got locked in a Crystal for the rest of the game.
Fourth Zelda? Wasn't in it.
Fifth Zelda? Sheik, so finally something.
I could keep going, but you see the point. Only Spirit Tracks and Skyward Sword really give her a role to play.
