Yeah last Friday night. I used a guide on all the film reels. I can't think of any except the one on the shoot-out roof that I would have found. It was the last thing...ugh.
I also had one car that just wouldn't show itself then it made the mistake of driving near me on my 2nd to last film reel. Needless to say it got a little dented up but it was still drivable.![]()

Borderlands
Played with my friend's neighbor in anticipation for Borderlands 2. Currently playing as Mordecai with a hybrid Sniper/Gunslinger perk tree. I love the lethal melee perk of Gunslinger and the EXP bonus for critical shot kills of Smirk is a nice touch in the Sniper category.

I have Borderlands but haven't played it yet. I also don't have XBL Gold so I can't play online. I've heard that the single player is far inferior to multiplayer. Opinions?

single player is still definitely worth a playthrough, but if you can do it in co-op you should
I'd play with you, Matt, if you grabbed an Xbox Live Gold Prepaid card. I'll go ahead and add you right now.
Anyways on to your question, playing single player is not the worst you could do with Borderlands. I enjoyed my two single player runs. I see the hierarchy of Borderlands fun like this from best to worst:
Online with Friends
Single Player
Split screen Co-op
Online with Randoms
Split screen would be higher if you didn't have to scroll around the equipment menu like a shrunken computer window but that's the price for couch co-op in an online co-op world.
Randoms can be annoying since they can swipe all the loot or kill everything before you even reach them since sometimes the game will initially spawn you miles away from your companions.

I went through Borderlands at first with Mordecai. Leveled him all the way up and lost him to a corrupt save file. Started over with Lilith and she is much easier to work with. I have taken all 4 to the highest level but the last 2 through power leveling at Crawmerax via split screen.
My list in order of easiest leveling: Lilith, Mordecai, Roland, then Brick.
List in order of fun (especially the dialog): Mordecai, Lilith, Roland, then Brick.
Bulzeeb's list of fun is spot on.
When joining randoms it does have the neat feature of seeing their level, how many people are in the party, and what mission they are on which makes it fairly easy to find some decent people to play with. When I join lower level people, I just protect/ revive them when they get in over their heads and let them have all the loot. FYI, if you are a low level, don't join a high level. The game compensates for number of players, which play through they are on, and the level of the host. You will get your rear end handed to you in a split second, even early in the game, if you join a high ranked multi-party especially on the 2nd play through.

More Fallout 3. Down to 196 Skill Books left(minus ones I won't need), and four non-SPECIAL Bobbleheads. Then I do Mothership Zeta, clean up the story, stuff like that, and move onto New Vegas and get that from 900G to full.
But probably not by the time Borderlands 2 comes out.
