I got Forza Horizon and NHL '13 on sale today. NHL '13 is all I expected from it, which is good because I didn't like Forza Horizon as much as I hoped I would. It isn't my favourite strategy game, but it's my favourite strategy game to be played on Xbox 360, since it's turn based and not real-time, where it'd be best to have a mouse and keyboard. I'm almost certain the 360 doesn't have those peripherals, so it ruins RTS' on the 360 for me like Halo Wars. If the 360 does have those peripherals it's news to me.
Forza has always been like that. If you screw up, you pay for it. That's why its my favorite racing series, easily, and Horizon is the best of the bunch.
