Because person (to me) implied aesthetic is pointless, I like aesthetics in games. Wasn't being huffy, might be now; but I don't even know now.

An aesthetic mod is like a parent when you grow autonomous: useless but still important and valuable.

Witcher 2 tuesday for 360, so... hyped.

Finished Conviction, enjoyed it throughout except for that one non-stealth level. Still playing the challenge room mode thing in it.

Played some more into Downpour. Finally got myself a gun, as the auto save didn't save the part where I got the gun in the hotel and I forgot to pick it up again. Auto save feature = one of the worst ideas for this game EVER >:I

The hunt for save points is one of the best parts of Silent Hill games. Running into rooms all scared and worrying if it's going to be a room full of monsters... and finding the rooms with save points are like safe havens.

Actually, there's not really any rooms in Downpour. Like individual rooms that take a loading screen to open. It's weird, but it strangely makes Silent Hill feel like a much bigger place, since exploring is a lot more fluid. It does cut the relaxation or tension you get when opening rooms, though.

Anyway, I found 2 paintings and 1 bird which is coolio.
