Your Rock Band Epic Fail of the week

had an FC of Bob Marley's "Could You Be Loved" going on pro drums until choking on the final note this weekend. the song is pretty easy for a 4-dot song, extremely repetetive, but those galloping 16th HH notes are tough to keep going through the whole song. tried a few more times without success, my forearm was just too tired to keep up, and i gave up.

last night, i got the FC. but my FC of "Suds in the Bucket" is still my "signature performance" even though it's only a 2-dot song. having a country song as my signature performance is a whole new level of Epic Fail that i still haven't been able to rectify.

Wait Until Tomorrow is the toughest guitar song on Axis, and possibly one of the toughest Hendrix songs we have (I don't have all of ARE). It took me about a month to even pass it back when it came out.

Not sure if Fire (live) isnt harder if we count all Hendrix tracks avaible in game.
Well at least for me. Still for Axis album it is definitly hardest song to 5 star. Just very chordy and annoying.

As for my fail of the week I'm still trying to 5 star Painkiller on expert pro drums for second time (did it once already) but I just can't. Once I hitted like 98% of all notes till the middle of the guitar solo (oh I had such a great score) and then I got off rhythm and failed... I never saw myself so angry before ;s

My drum pads are held together by rubber bands. My sticks keep sticking underneath them and screwing up my streak.

Trying to learn the bassline for Roundabout...practice mode, got 89% on 80% speed, then tried 90% speed...forget it. Musta played the "Band Enters" section 20 times.

My Rock Band failure for the week was the week. The weekend before last I started a bigger effort to sell the duplicates out of my old video game collection. Business has been brisk, but that means I've been doing a lot of pricing, testing and packaging. That's good for my overloaded shelves and great for my wallet, but not so good for Rock Band. I haven't played since last weekend!

I will try to fix that tonight.

I was trying to FC Don't Stand so Close to me on drums, easy song, right? NOPE! -1 in the middle of a song, in a unison to be specific, leaving me with 5 stars. I try it again the day after and get an FC on my first try.... bah.
