"A Jagged Gorgeous Winter" managed to crush me twice. First, I couldn't gold it on guitar, then I couldn't 5-star it on vocals.

Can't take on the Harmonix Marathon gig in RB2 on anything but vocals because of Visions.

...and I just found a loophole to make the Harmonix Marathon possible on non-vocals: Take on a random opportunity that replaces the last song. Visions is the last song in the Harmonix Marathon.

The Legend setlists can't be cheated this way. Visions is not the last song in any of those.

I sang about 8 songs and am completely unable physically to continue. I don't know how people manage to do the endless setlist on vox

I'm still trying to chip my way to the "Obsessive Compulsive" achievement in RB3. Most of my 100-percenters come from vocals. Lately I've been trying to add "Centerfold" to the list. I love the song, I can easily cover Peter Wolf's range, and I know the words well enough that I can even match him syllable for syllable on the spoken parts. And yet because of those rapid slides down "my blood runs cooooolld" I keep breaking combo.

But earlier this week I finally managed to full-combo the song. That means I finally got 100%, right? Wrong. 99% again. One of those awesomes wasn't quite awesome enough.

    sigh...
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.

You have to FC each of the on-disc songs. You can use any combo of instruments, and they don't need to be the same instrument for each song.

Actually, just 100% - overstrums are allowed. GNF straight strummed Roundabout and Beast and the Harlot.

It may come to that. The issue with the drums is that I play a kit with a hi-hat pedal, and I'm trying to do it right. I haven't quite mastered that disco hi-hat pattern, close open close open etc.

Of course I could easily "cheat" and use two different cymbals instead, or just play it on legacy drums and cut the cymbals out entirely, but then I'd feel dirty.

Yeah, the goal is "hit every note." Additional notes are allowed. Unfortunately that's not so easy to do with vocals.
