Next Rockband Game?

Anyone notice what was said in the "Harmonix Has Been Sold" Thread?
The following was said by HMXJohnD "It’s where we launched both Rock Band and Dance Central, worked with The Beatles, Green Day, AC/DC, The Who and thousands of other artists."
The bands directly listed all had a Rock Band game sold in stores except for The Who, anyone else think that John just gave away a nice little spoiler?

They have mentioned The Who in many of their press releases and promotional materials, simply because they have utilized them a lot (only band to fit into all 3 main game discs) and have a great library of songs.

ACDC doesn't have its own game, just a track pack.

Maybe they just heavily interacted with each other, The Who and Harmonix?

Yes it basically was a track pack, but it was also sold in stores unlike any other Band Related Track Pack making it technically it's own game.

Yeah But that track pack was a live pack. This kinda gets AC/DC off the hook. I still want their original studio songs.

Maybe means their exclusive? Cause as Apples said I know I have seen them say that band many times, including on the back of RB3

"The Seeker" was on GH3.
But I remember reading somewhere that HMX claimed The Who as an exclusive RB "property" sometime after that.

I think The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Green Day, The Beatles, AC/DC, and Billy Joel are Rock Band exclusive.

I hope exclusive band games are done unless they are like Green Day. Which for me was just a $70 track pack (which I was fine with) Otherwise I would rather have DLC in RB3.

At this point if HMX releases 2 more 12 song The Who track packs we basically have a Who game within RB3.
