Awesome..
I get my metal fix.....NOTB
The STP song is one of their best IMO.
After listening to the Hives song I'll get that too because the drums sound fun to play.
Good job HMX!!

Guns 'N Roses
Def Leppard
Green Day
Billy Talent
Sum 41
Blink 182
i think they should put the Hives cartoon network song on there. "homework is something that parents invented" haha ive heard it a few times and still cant get it out of my head HAHAHA
I'll be downloading the STP song, if only to see if the voice-o-meter recognizes "feelin' like a ham and mustard shake".
Because THAT'S what he's singin', damn it.
1. Glad to hear there's going to be a regular window for updates, even if I would prefer more lead time. This way, I don't anticipate one way and get hit with something completely different, schedule-wise.
2. I may have to lower my expectations and standards and just start getting stuff simply because I think it will be fun to play rather than because I love the songs: this makes three weeks running where nothing really excites me, per se, though I'm pretty sure I'll get the STP track.
Bowties are cool.

Two great picks. I'm not even a huge fan of Iron Maiden or STP, but both songs are perfect for the game.
The Hives are kind of terrible, but I guess you have to throw a bone to people with really bad taste in music, too.
Keep 'em coming, guys.
Thanks for letting us know early! I'm always waiting to see what you guys will put up next, and now I can look forward to finding out early, every Monday. Woo!
Great stuff. Everyone needs to take a look at the "Rape-O-Meter" in there. So true. My arse hurts just thinking about Sony's practices.
When you think about how many individual DLC songs are being released weekly, imagine if you wanted close to all of them, and then having to add $1 to price of each.![]()
That's not a hole in anyone's theory. I'm assuming you just got the song ripped from GH3 without the bass and guitar in for that. But that's beside the point as it doesn't matter where it came from.
Do you understand what it means for the drums to be mixed down? That recording only further grounds the theory that the drums were mixed down into one track. This isn't about the drums being mixed down into the master (which is what I'm guessing you think it means). This is about the drums themselves not being separated out into separate channels. If the drums are all in one track instead of being distributed over more than one track (say, kick pedal for one track, snare for another, etc.), then it can't be used in Rock Band. Plain and simple. Nothing in that recording suggests that the drums were separated out into multiple parts like a Rock Band song requires.
NUMBER OF THE BEAST AND INTERSTATE LOVE SONG!!!
TWO OF MY FAVORITE SONGS EVER.
Holy ****, Harmonix. You continue to rock my world!
