The Run to the Hills cover was awesome. NotB is a definite yes for me!

Pff. Why should this week be any different?

Two weeks ago, a bunch of old-schoolers and/or headbangers were complaining about The All-American Rejects, 30 Seconds to Mars and The Sounds.

Last week, a bunch of new-schoolers were complaining about all the stuff being 1990 or before.

This week, HMX tries to balance it with something older, something from the 90s and something newer, yet people still complain.

Haven't you figured it out yet? Complaining is what the Internet is for!

i haven't read through the twelve pages of responses but i was wondering why number of the beast was a cover and not a master? the gh3 version is a master. is there a problem with way it was recorded or something?

Nice choices. I'm not a huge Maiden fan, but if I ask loud enough I know someone will pay for Number of the beast for me. (I am an unemployed student). Looking forward to more Stone Temple Pilots.

It's too bad we won't be seeing a schedule again for a while, but the monday morning announcement is a lot better then nothing. Thanks again, hmxsean.

What are the chances of HMX posting videos of these songs to youtube just before release, or on the day of? I see some people buying extra songs just to post videos so others know whether covers are good, notecharts are good, etc. Not a big deal, but it seems like it'd be a nice bonus if you could manage it.

    NICE!!!!!!! Another great week!

INTERSTATE LOVE SONG: I had hoped this would happen since VASOLINE was in the game. Can't wait.

NUMBER OF THE BEAST: I'm going to buy it but it will probably be in the same camp as RUN TO THE HILLS: can do the guitar on expert 90% of the time and will probably not be able to pass HARD drums.

HIVES: I'll skip it. I don't really like the song.

Can't wait for next week! Btw, I've only recently stopped to think about it, but this is getting expensive huh?

This week's DLC appeases me. The Harmonix offices will be granted stay for another week. Do not disappoint me next week, or the offices will be vanquished from this Earthly plane.

    Cool

I will be downloading Interstate Love Song and Number of the Beast. Great songs!!! I won't be downloading the other one because it sucks.

    P.S.
Keep the Iron Maiden coming! I would love to see Hallowed Be Thy Name an available DLC later on.
