Don't worry, I thought the same thing from watching the preview video and I know some other people did too. I think the problem is a combination of poor YouTube sound quality, the audio and video being slightly off sync, and the fact that the voices all blur together a lot of the time, making it difficult to pick out which one is being charted on a specific instrument. I gave it a good look in Playtesting and trust me, it works really well in the game.

And the bass isn't harmonies, it's just one voice. The guitar is two voices though.

I will not blame people in the least for having issues with the concept, because it is so esoteric and we made some odd choices in the implementation. But essentially:

    Scott Leonard = vocals
Steven Dorian + John Brown = guitar
    George Baldi = bass
    Jeff Thacher = drums

This is a song where, obviously, if you have trouble singing for real you'll have trouble grasping the motion used. (There's also the fact, on a scientific level... everyone's in the same frequency range, so they all blend together.) But if you know what to expect to be playing, and you focus on that, it'll click and it becomes pretty enjoyable.

I still think it's odd to hear human voices emerge when I strum the guitar. It was pretty comical and I kept laughing as I played the song. lol But I'd love for more Rockapella to come to Rock Band, especially with the implementation of harmonies.

When can we expect Rockapella for the Wii? I got RB3 so I could play Bang, but it's only for the XBox so far. I was so excited when I heard it was available, but if it's not coming to my console I don't want RB. Please let us know, I'm dying to find out!

This song was stuck in my head all day today. Very winsome. It's true, no more RBN for Wii for the time being (ever?).
AsianSteev: if you can read this, put more Ska songs on the RBN! Please?

I figure the Wii will get some RBN tracks some point after RBN 2.0 launches

    Amorphis []
    Emperor [X]

Yea, unfortunately any further RBN songs on Wii are really unlikely. It's not something we're happy with or in control of, but that's how it is.
