I will sum up how i think GH3 will turn out

1. Stellar Tracklist- theyve got it already, i love nearly every band.

2. Terrible gameplay- lame gimmicks, new ho/po system will radically change gameplay, weak note charts (people who hacked the game? no thanks), and a co-op experience that will lack compared to Rock Band

The people who played the new system were stoked about it and said it gave a
fresh appeal to the feel of game, plus a wireless guitar(a first for microsoft).
I remember when people first heard about relaxing time windows for strumming
in GH 2 saying it would make the game alot easier(it did'nt).
Also worth a mention is the fact that people playing it said" there ain't no
I LOVE ROCK AND ROLL in this game all tracks have interesting pieces and passages
meaning good replay value imo.
I think this game will be great for the shredders who will want to go head to head
on guitar. As much as im going to love rock band, maybe the one weakness will be
if you do fancy going solo against another good player, how will the guitar parts work out
compaired to GH 3 which is specalising in guitar.
I know rockband has drums but the thought of a DRUM OFF ( i don't know how to put it).
does'nt rock my boat.

To sumerise i think both games have brilliant potential and i for one will be getting both.
I hope dlc is'nt a prob, but i think that will be sorted as was mentioned any new dlc currently
working on GH2 will not work on GH3 so i think there waiting for that.

I dunno, I'm not liking how the game looks so far but more realistic note charts sound good to me.... I doubt we'll see anymore easy songs that were made difficult by the note charts like Freya and others

I'm getting GH3 just for Dragonforce at this point. I was originally going to pass and save money by buying just Rock Band because I was worried about gameplay changes and stuff. But darn it... Through the Fire and the Flames is going to become the next Jordan.

ALl RB has to do is have Dream theater and they immediatly have a track or tracks with better composition and just as hard to play on any of the instruments.

Dream theater would be cool... they are actually on the same label as dragonforce and they have to work with the label to get the band in the game... and roadrunner LOOOVES promoting their bands... I bet you at least 4 other roadrunner records bands will be in the game... (Go on roadrunners website to see their extensive band list)

And aside from that , you make it sound like people want dragonforce because its some "masterpiece" or something.... nobody ever said dragonforce were great at writing songs... but their songs sure as hell are fun to listen to! lol

Its actually going to be 10x harder than Jordan. If the best player from xbox 360 is failing at 1-3%, you can tell it is going to be very, very hard.

It's really not all that hard... I mean it will challange your arm stamina much like Six but it's really not all that hard.. Here check out this custom version

But it does look very fun to play so I'm pretty excited over all.. I may not like they their music much but I have to admit it does look very fun to play
