MIDI PRO Device Compatibility Thread

Hey guys-

Thought it would be a good idea to create a thread where people can post what devices actually work with the Mad Catz MIDI Pro Adapter. There has been a lot of confusion over what works and what doesn't, especially for drums. While it's true that any kits with assignable MIDI-out should work, some kits (like my own, it seems) don't let you alter the stock outputs.
