    What a surprise; I haven't listened to any of those albums (although I have wanted to listen to the new Krallice album for quite some time).

    EDIT: WELL THAT EXPLAINS IT. Basically all of my favorite albums from 2011 are rated 3.5 stars!

    I think it's becoming clear from the lists of a few people that I need to listen to the albums from Iceage and Smith Westerns...

    Dye It Blonde is the result of three teenage stoners listening to 70s Elton John for the first time. I recommend it.

    Iceage was one of those bands that sounds great on the first listen, but doesn't hit as hard afterwards. Still, you'd probably like it, and the drumming on the album is frickin' insane.
