I can kind no evidence anyone made specific reference to the issues listed here. One person provided vague generalities but that's hardly the same thing.

I can say im glad the bug was caught before it was released for a length of time. I understand that its a problem but its really not a huge deal as some people are making it. Many people who don't follow the forums wont even realize there was a bug. A bunch of my friends buy dlc from rbn and I'm just saying that just ecause there is a bug does not illegitimize the rbn for the average consumer. They still plan to buy dlc as much as they've been doing. Of course users that use the forums regularly will know of this problem. Its not a big deal, I am excited as everyone else about AAF. And ASP I still love you guys can't wait for more tracks.

It's not a minor bug. The way the song was charted doesn't match up with the actual vocal performance. It might be fine for people who just mumble along the pitch line, but for people who know the song (the ones who are most likely to want to sing it) and want to sing the words as they're sung, they end up failing for singing correctly. Look at the videos. Even with no guide pitch and full speed, the mistakes are obvious.

As for the "people who don't peer review every single song are responsible for bad charts that pass" thing, don't songs only get six reviews? I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that there are more than six RBN authors/testers.

Six reviews are needed to pass a build, but that means any previous builds can get up to 5 passes before being failed. I'm aware of at least three different builds of Movies in PR, which is a otential 16 different pairs of eyes to miss it.

True that only 6 Peer Reviews are needed to pass any given version, but this should have been caught early in Playtesting which any number of people can do.

Except that it was caught, and completely ignored. It was even mentioned in this very thread, and I quote:

Point is, the vocal issues were pointed out, but beyond that point it's the author's responsibility to fix them.

I failed the track another 3 or 4 times over the next few months for drum issues afterwards, but I went on tour for two weeks in August and the song inexplicably passed in the meantime.
But nope! Totally my fault for not playtesting the song despite the fact that it was already mentioned that the vocals were crap...
