I'm usually long gone and moved on to another CD before the hidden track because I'm so impatient I can't wait through the 10 minute silence in between songs.

My favorite is probably "Tight Rope" off of Papa Roach's Infest though.

My favorite is the hidden track at the end of disk 1 of The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, that comes on after you let "chamber of so many doors" play all the way through. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on computer cd players, i've only been able to get it to work on some older model cd players.
Does anyone chart anymore? le sigh.

when I first heard the hidden track on SOAD's toxiciy album I was freaked out
the argument on korn's self titled is pretty funny.it brightens up the mood of the album.especially since it's after THAT track.
and as mentioned above "bite me" by weird al is hilarious.
also, the studio version of "the heckler" by primus on anti-pop is good
    I'm Batman.
