The Billy Joel Songs? They've been in the store for more than a day.

Damn. It's surprising news and unfortunate. I hope it doesn't mean anything for the PS3, but you never can tell. My condolences to the Wii users.

I'm not surprised by this, have you seen the sales for DLC/RBN on the Wii? They're extremely horrible!

The date they were released really doesn't matter. When a song is eventually released it doesn't sell well enough. The fact is HMX is a business and the sales of RBN songs didn't justify the costs to get them on the Wii. They aren't going to continue to invest time and money in something that isn't profitable.

The fact that the Wii is losing the RBN songs is sad. I wish it had performed better and/or didn't have as much cost porting.

You got me there, but you weren't specific. December 16 was a Thursday, not a day when songs drop on any console.

So the date doesn't matter. No, you can sell a lot releasing the songs of an entire month yesterday. The delays in rbn wii are always like that. How can you say limited demand if you don't release the song? The first rbn songs released were around november. Your argument is lame.

Terrible news. THIS SUX!!! I loved RBN and have lots of the songs downloaded (roughly at least 80 of them that came to the Wii if I remember correctly).

I know I might not be the normal Wii user, but I loved the RBN songs...I kept checking every week to see which new song for us and old catalog for other systems we were getting via RBN.

In fact, I prefered the RBN songs to the regular DLC songs.

I heard about RBN 2.0 support KEYS and I was going to wait to buy more in hope we would get the RBN 2.0 songs.

Wish they would just release them like to normal songs for the Wii players so we can get them. This means that my FAV 80s song of ALL TIME may not come to the Wii for RBN 2.0 and it was annoouced as to be a first in the RBN 2.0 list.

    That song:

PAC-MAN FEVER (I WANT THIS SONG MORE THAN ANYTHING AND I HAVE WII). In fact, I'd purchase the WHOLE PAC-MAN FEVER Album if it was available on the Wii to purchase.

This also means no RON WASSERMAN whom I was waiting for the hit the Wii and I wanted BOTH of the songs he had put on there.

The last 4 RBN songs I bought for the Wii were The Touch, (Do You Want to Date My) Avatar, & Nom nom nom nom nom nom nom, & Last Train to Awesometown. (I love and was hoping for more Parry Gripp to come)

Please let this not happen HMX. I NEED MY RBN Songs, I want the Sophie B Hawkins one, the other Stroke 9 song, the other Stand Bush song. I don't care if they are 100, 200, or 300 Wii points for those songs, I'd paid it just to get them.

Harmonix. I used to defend you when it came to Wii owners complaining. Now you really pissed me off. what's next? us not being able to download anything period? Maybe the demand was low because of the choices of songs you gave us. I personally was waiting for 7 songs that had already been available on the 360 to come for the Wii but no...now i cant get anything. Soon, I will realize that I will have thrown money into a black future. Maybe in this future you will stop releasing games for the Wii. I wouldnt be surprised. Are you trying to force us to change consoles? or are you trying to little by little lose your wii audience so you dont have to invest on the wii console anymore?

I know you guys gotta take care of your business, but you guys are really hurting us. Im really dissapointed now as well as my friends that i currently play with. please realize that this will cause people to stop investing on the wii downloads, maybe to the point that you will again have to make a decision and stop wii dlc...

Harmonix, at least do one last thing for us please. gives us another week, maybe not next week. but use a poll and ask wii users which songs they plan to buy before you completely shut down the store. please, im begging you. us wii owners will give responses to this poll and tell you exactly what songs we want. since you say that the demand is low this shouldnt be a long list. at the end you can just give us one last week of rbn songs that were requested by most. please, do this last one effort. im begging us Harmonix. If you guys feel any compassion, then do us this last favor. The hardcore wii community may be small, but we love your game just as much as any other hardcore game on 360 or ps3. we deserve one last treat. Thank you.
