I'm not a vocalist, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt, but this seems like it could be a case similar to Gay Bar: the vocals do have a distinct pitch to them, but they sound much more like talking than singing, and it might be hard to both match the pitch and sing/talk in the same manner he does in the song if it's pitched. Talkies might fit the style of singing better, even if they do make the whole song pretty trivial. It's not like this is something people will buy for anything other than novelty anyway.
Also, I had always assumed the toaster would be matched to the snare drum. Personally, I'd say treat it like the whole thing's being played on a snare drum (single hits on red, flams on red/yellow), both because the snare's a bit more natural to play that sort of pattern on and because it sounds the most like a toaster. I feel like if someone for some reason were trying to play this song and had a drum kit available but not a toaster, the snare would be the best way to recreate the percussion part.
At the very least, I find the yellow pad a bit more comfortable to play patterns like that on than blue, so I'd swap the blue and yellow if you're not going to move it all the way to red.
