Haven't heard his solo music, but he was in the Flaming Lips apparently. Everyone deserves a shot. Might have to check it out sometime

He wasn't in the Flaming Lips, but he had guys from the band help with his debut album.

Here we go!
I know I promised that there'd be more than just instrumentals coming from me, but in this case, I don't think you'll mind one bit.
I am proud to announce that I will be bringing two tracks from Brian Kahanek to the Rock Band Network. The first one is a catchy tune off his 2010 album "One True Thing", "Bottle Rocket", for which you will find a preview here, and the other is a track I'm pretty sure a lot of you are familiar with, Gemini, which was featured as a bonus track on Guitar Hero II, and can be previewed here.
I must stress that as always, these are the first builds, and will improve dramatically before release.
No need to wait for this one, because they are both Playtest pending right now.

The songs are really cool, but the vocals emblem thing led me to believe that they were going to have vocals, so I was disappointed. But they are cool, and I might consider picking them up in the future.

I was going to, but by the time I was done, it was another 2-3 weeks out, and I really wanted to get stuff into testing, and If I had, I ran the possibility of it getting leaked. I felt it best to just go for it. Maybe I'll have something else together by then. Originally Posted by Zemanator

Well there are certainly a lot of little mistakes in the guitar part that I'll get to pointing out when I get the chance.
8/9/11 (Def Leppard) will be marked as the best day in RB history for me. HMX, major thanks for all this amazing DLC you put out!
