"Just thought I'd mention that it's cool to see a Paper Mario fan who also appreciates death metal. Great job!"
But we do know that it won't be given away for free in any case, which is what would be needed to distribute these charts to non-Pro players.
Edit: While I actually think HMX's response was reasonable, I can't bring myself to vote for something that limits the game unnecessarily. My emotions want to say "no", but reasonability says "yes".

"It's much easier to enjoy this game when you don't blindly write off all music from the past 32 years." - SirDavidTLynch
He could be referring to this situation.
I'm playing online with people, I pick a song that has Pro Guitar. The next 2 songs are picked by the others, and they don't have pro guitar charting in them. If I pick Pro-Guitar as my instrument, I will not be able to play anything for those last 2 songs, therefore, sitting out.

I suck.
I'm a lucky college dude.
Yeah, I think it's going to make online play with the squier about as undesirable as possible.
That won't prevent me from getting it, but I do think the way it was before with a blank lane was better than this.

Bottom line is they need to find a way for participants to actually be partipants together not spectators (which is where it is now, and where it was before just in a less obvious manner). Else there is no point at all in looking to play with people. They don't help, they don't hinder, it's like their not there (imagine that). Either way, it's still playing solo no matter what you do. Mind you I don't even play with pro and I feel totally solo 100% of the time.
Face it, with RB3's new online system they were preparing people to not desire to be there anymore. It worked on me. I don't go online anymore, I used to be there many times a week in RB2. Desire to look for other players has been squashed fully in this game for me. Even playing with friends has been undesireable due to this issue of me never truly being able to play with them.
So RB4 really needs to re-think this stuff. Either PRO needs it's own lobby, or they need to find a way to have people actually play together again.
I sadly knew from the first announcement of pro that the online community would be divided, but not to what extent. Isolation for both basic and pro players is pretty bad right now. No longer a good group game unless you have local folk in the same room.
