I still hadn't picked up the midi controller, to add on top of this... So... I think I will just wait until Store Pick-up becomes available (The site says comign soon for this) or just wait until release day and go down and pick it up for 279.99+17bucks in tax!! Also standard delievery is was after release date to get it rushed is 250 bucks in S&H!!! Wow...

The midi controller with tax and store pick up is Subtotal:$42.04.

If I wanted my controller and midi controller RUSHED to me is: $656.04. So when people say if you really wanted to learn the guitar why worry about how much DLC there is... well yeah I want there to be a ton of DLC for proguitar because at this price I can go down to the local guitar shop and buy a 1985 Fender Stratocaster MIJ and just stick with my 150 dollar Mustang Midi Controller!

Sorry if this might come off really complaining, but i find this pretty unreasonable because there is no way I would spend 600 and something for a Fender Squier!! (Squiers are really not worth that much...)

I'm only paying $11.05 in shipping, and I live outside of continental US (Hawaii). However, I'm pretty sure local Best Buy stores aren't getting the Squier at all so I don't have much of another option. I guess it also helps that FedEx and UPS "ground" services to Hawaii end up being 2 day shipping so I can pay for cheap stuff and still get it fast.

Since you will probably have it at your local Best Buy stores, just buy it there. It's not worth paying that much in shipping just to have it a few days sooner.

Mine comes to $362. The thing is I can't get the midi shipped from Best Buy and the guitar is not available for in store pick up. That's kind of screwed up. I can get the midi shipped from Mad Catz but I want it all from one place in one shipment. The way it should be.

'Course, I had to call them up and ask for free shipping (that offer had expired several days earlier), but friendliness goes a long way with Customer Service people.
