Thread: Is it possible?

    Is it possible?

It has been quite a while since I posted here...but most of my time has been devoted to playing the game lol! Anyway I was wondering if it was possible for the rickenbacker headstock to be fitted on the mad catz pro guitar and if so, is it possible for the pro guitar neck to be joined to the rickenbacker body without major modifications?

I don't have a mad catz guitar, so I don't know if the neck can come off, but I'm still confident in my saying that won't work. They use different systems (The pro guitar uses, I think, MIDI).
If you have to ask, then yes.

Well, I know they use different internals....but if the neck and headstock fit without too much modification, then the internals can be swapped and the rickenbacker body will be cut to accept the fender mustang internals

Because it would be an easy and cheap way to have a Rickenbacker....even if it is plastic and needs a MIDI adapter to play actual chords and notes
