Sorry, a bit of Mets fan humor on my part. People here ended up hating Rodriguez (though of course, a lot of that had to do with his off-field issues). I didn't hate him, but I was never exactly comfortable when he came into a game. His statistics may show him to be one of the better relief pitchers in the league, but I've never seen a closer let so many guys on base. He'd get the job done more often than not, but he probably took a few years off my life in the process.

And last year, Texas was up 3 games to 1 heading into Game 5 and proceeded to lose. (I was there at Yankee Stadium to watch that game. Took my father there, and while we were at the game my nephew was born. So we got to see the Yankees win a game in the ALCS, and got text pictures of my nephew). Texas then went back home and won in Game 6. So it's kind of ACT II now for the Rangers.

i didn't watch any part of the game. but im guessing he didn't do much. which is all right, i never claimed he was an all-star.
