An impressive 54.00 ERA from Rafael Soriano tonight... also cost CC (and my fantasy team) a W.

robertson gave up the bloop double to delmon young though. and swisher made a bad play on the ball. he was never going to make it. should've stopped in front of it and gotten into a good throwing position to throw out mauer.

Watching with ESPN gamecast, so didn't know about the Swisher thing... but still, he loaded the bases and walked in a run. He obviously was pretty bad tonight.

yep you'll see it on the replay. the ball did not travel very far at all. shallow right field. swisher tried to slide and ended up playing around on the floor. i think cano was the one that eventually got the ball back in. after the ball rolled around for a bit.

God I hate the Rangers. Hopefully Felix will take care of business tomorrow. Pineda did better than I'd feared, worse than I'd hoped. Which is to say - he was ok. Certainly could have been worse. That Moreland triple really, really made me miss Franklin Gutierrez and his stupid stomach all the more.

So I couldn't watch it, but I really like the results of that Mets game last night. Chris Young looked solid, and became a part of Mets history.

3 for 3, not bad for a pitcher, but it's a shame he can rarely get out of the 6th inning no matter how good he pitches.
