Yeah, Young was the first Mets pitcher since Glavine in '05 to get 3 hits a game, and the first ever to have two hits in one inning. I agree I'd like to see him go a little deeper into a game, though.

curious little stats, no team has started 0-6 and gone on to win the WS. and only two teams have started 0-5 and even reached the playoffs. the '74 pirates and the '95 reds.
so is it too soon to say that the sawks are done? not if you look at history haha. even still, the have to snap outta this **** sooner or later.

I'm just a passive lurker/observer at this point (and will probably remain that way in here no matter). But I'm also not worried (yet)...whatever other teams have started 0-x and didn't make it, I doubt they had the roster the BoSox have. I'll check back in mid-June.
