Want to play Rock Band for a crowd/Fresno CA area

I've been looking to play in front of a crowd for a loooong time now, but I haven't been able to figure out how or how to go about getting started. The only option I could come up with is to play for charity. If anyone has any ideas or is interested, please reply.

First of all..are you old enough to go to a bar? lol If so, why not ask some local bars to have a "rockband" night...try it once and see if it is a smash or not? Most people would really dig it I think...I know I would! Especially if you have a big song selection...something for everyone!
