Given that you've paid for them, you can and should also hassle Sony directly. It's Sony who have taken your money but not given you the file. Harmonix are one step removed from that.

You're possibly in a stronger position to get Sony to sort their ideas out than Harmonix are. You can threaten them with taking them to the small claims court for not providing the contracted service, which should at least prompt an immediate refund.

I've have already tried raising this issue (Doors Pro DLC) on Sony support forums, with no useful response as yet. I guess the next step is to call the local Sony support line, but since I am in Australia and the servers for us are hosted in Europe by SCEE, it seems unlikely that they will be helpful. I'm not going to be calling Sony UK from here. I resent wasting my time trying to get this resolved. It is simply very poor customer service by Sony and Harmonix.

I don't hold out much hope of sony europe fixing these problems in a timely fashion if ever. Hmxhenry said in a post months ago when the playstation store was attacked that it wouldn't be right of harmonix to pester them about the missing content until they got things up and running again but that was months ago and still very few of the problems have been fixed.I checked tonight to see if sill alive by glados was still $2.45 aus and sure enough it was.I wonder how many people have purchased these songs that are supposed to be free?

this. I would get the jukebox the ghost tracks for sure, as well as the janis joplin song... WHATEVER, I just don't think that they'll update everything this friday (like they usually do to fix things).

Right now i'm just wondering HOW is even POSSIBILE that 9 FRIGGIN' SONGS WENT MISSING IN A SINGLE WEEK.
