Damn! Are the trainers still there at least?
This might be the wrong place to post this, but if you're submitting another fixed version to them, you should get the protar charting people to fix the wrong note at 1:54 in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6khVC...ailpage#t=113s
There's a C where there should be a D! (On the G, or blue, string)

We all know that the correct version is going to be more than a month away because SCEE are not out of pocket in this instance so they will drag their feet. When SCEE has a pack that contains a single that is incorrectly tagged as a full pack they will immediately pull it from the store because it is costing them money but otherwise they don't care. They just don't seem to care about the customers that pay good money and expect a little returned loyalty when things aren't going SCEE's way.

SCEE saying it's likely a month away really shows their apathy towards their customers

Yes, the trainers are still there, but there are sections missing.

Fixing a broken chart that made it to the store is a bit different than a chart with one part where there's a disagreement on charting. It's unlikely that we'll resubmit a new version of the Cutting Crew Pro guitar upgrade because 1) it's not necessarily "broken" and 2) there are already enough things on SCEE's plate that need to be resolved.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. More often than not I just pass along the info that's given to me. Issues are sometimes resolved well ahead of estimates and sometimes they take significantly longer. Either way, I'll make updates when I get more info.

It's the general PS Store. Finding song only by searching kinda blows, I think you lose sales if songs don't appear in listings and only when searching.
    I need Tori Amos DLC.

Strange. I'll flag it, but we have a hard enough time controlling what shows up in our store so I have no idea how much of an impact we'll have on Sony's store.

Also, SCEE has applied an estimated release date of Sept 5th for the Cutting Crew Pro guitar upgrade fix. I'll let you know if that changes.

I know it is not hmx that are the problem and i am sure you guys are just as frustrated as we are, it just annoys me that they can't put a little profit aside to get these problems sorted quickly.

They still haven't adjusted the price on charlene and still alive and they have known about this for more than six months.

no DLC for EU this week? There's no mention on the blog and none on the PS Store, although it seems like they've delayed and pulled a bunch of content anyway. And the saddest part about all this is, that I actually am used to this now, once you've put up with the constant delays and disappointments, you no longer get annoyed about it.

Seriously considering to stop playing RB3. Not blaming anyone, just stating a growing feeling. For anyone not located in the SCEE-area, its probably hard to follow, but I think most in SCEE are getting fed up. It seems noone are particularly interested in getting the problem fixed, or someone just dont care. I'm pretty sure everyone involved cares about a lost customer though, not because of said person, but the income. I think I qualify as a heavy user with 1700+ songs in RB3, my only mistake is to be using a PS3 in SCEE. But rebuying instruments, adapters, games, dlc, just to switch to my Xbox360 is not going to happen. Either way, Harmonix loses out. Sorry!
