I got the info on Twitter as well. A virtually instant response from them. Now, that's what I call support!

I also asked about Blitz to make sure PAL territories would be getting it around the same time and they said it would be released worldwide on the same day.

I guess that's where we need to raise the issue of missing/disappearing DLC.

Still, I think Harmonix could/should get someone to check that their content is being added each and every week on all of the consoles. They wouldn't need to check each and every country, just checking the US and UK stores should let them know that yep, the content was added and everyone will be happy. It would take mere minutes to do, and help to avoid situations like this.

Good to hear it only takes a week to fix it, as usual.

I'm fairly sure that if Henry was in the office, he would've come in here already and informed us.

    [ ] More Coheed & Cambria

I have no doubt that hmxhenry would have posted a reply here if he could, but as helpful as he's been, he's just the messenger and there's probably only so much that he can do.

There seems to be a break in communication between HMX and SCEE. With content disappearing or not being added for weeks or months (or longer), and it shouldn't keep happening. A delay of one week in this latest instance is understandable, but when we actually pay for content (eg. the Bombtrack pro-upgrade) and it's not there after so many weeks, that's unacceptable. The same goes for older content that was once available but marked as "Currently Unavailable" on the RB Music Store. If we've bought that content and deleted it, there's no way of us ever getting it back. For example, the Green Day Pack 01 disappeared shortly after the release of Green Day : Rock Band. It's still not back. And, there's others like the SpongeBob Pack 02 which never got added. Sure, if we want the tracks we can buy them individually, but it sucks that we have to pay more than those in the US.

I realise older DLC isn't a priority for them, but as i've said before, many of us go back through the catalog and purchase some of those older tracks simply because the amount of DLC released weekly has decreased and we want something "new" to play.

You need to sharpen the information-flow, because this is both infuriating and lacking any kind of respect for your customers!!
This is absolutely ridiculous that you expect a company to be at YOUR beck and call. Quite frankly, they've got better customer service than most other companies. Wanna try your hand with EA's Origin support, who recently said there were no refunds being issued for preorders being made on a now free-to-play game? Go right ahead. See where that goes.

Sharpen the INFORMATION flow? You're asking for them to repeat, "WORKING ON IT," like a parrot. That's not information. That's a waste of time. You're the kid asking, "Are we there yet?" for days on end. Maybe the person driving will tell you when they've made some damn progress.

If hmxhenry updates in this thread every time something changes, maybe that means a few days without posting means NOTHING HAS CHANGED. REFER TO THE LATEST POST BY HIM FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION. He can't create it for your mystical 'information flow', which I assume means you're just trying to be spoiled.

I get that it sucks that your region isn't the best for what you're trying to use, but *****ing that hmxhenry, who runs the COMMUNITY Team, isn't doing enough to get SCEE to run new files through their testing/uploads, is just annoying from this perspective, and no doubt from Harmonix's perspective. They aren't loving that SCEE is dropping the ball on THEIR product, because guess who doesn't get paid if nothing's on the damn store? Harmonix!

Calm down m8, do you work for HMX or are you just sticking your oar in as usual? Who are you to say how they operate. If people have paid for something that isn't on the store, updates are the least that can be offered. Although I would rather they fix it than scan pages of the forums all day. I just don't get why you, an Xbox player, constantly feels the need to troll PS3 issues. If the Xbox version is fine, brilliant, go play it instead of wasting your time here pretending you know stuff you don't. There is also no need to swear, a perfectly rational reply can involve no swearing. You seriously grind my gears, I have no idea why you remain unbanned when you charge into every PS3 thread to just say "Its fine on xbox" or "HMX will do this or that when they can", you are not an official spokesperson for HMX, you are not a moderator, you are not even a PS3 player. Just get out.

Seriously? You're back in here again?
You have no idea at all how it feels to be an EU customer, so I don't know who the hell you think you are coming in here and telling us that we're asking for too much.
I have no idea why you're even in here, or any other of these threads, you don't help anyone at all. All you do is claim to know it all, and you talk down to anyone who doesn't share the same outlook on things as you and I know I'm not the only one to think this.
Do you see me going into Wii or Xbox issue threads, looking at the complaints. and then posting about how people are too needy and start swearing at them? No I don't
But then that's cause I get banned over a signature, while you can go round wherever you like, and insult people and you get away with it. Just seriously shut the hell up, for once. I really don't know why I bother coming on here when it's just your moronic posts.
You can sit and type up a reply, and dissect this line for line like you do, but I won't be reading it. So whatever

Of course RB3 content and the pro-upgrades should be a priority, but it would be great if all of the content that's available in the US was available in PAL territories.

Fact is they're able to release content in the US PSN Store without the same delays/problems, so who do we blame for the problems in PAL territories? SCEE, or those at HMX who are responsible for submitting the DLC to SCEE?

Surely we PAL PS3 users matter to Harmonix... don't we?

With the combined sales from the UK, Europe, Australia/NZ, surely that must impact on their profits somewhat. I've spent a LOT of money on DLC & instruments, particularly since both cost a hell of lot more here in Australia!

I'd be more than happy to compare the content of the UK and US Stores and compile a list of what's missing if that would help, but you'd think someone at Harmonix would own a PS3, and with the use of UK and US accounts, log in each week to ensure the content is available for all. It would only take a few minutes each week. Is that really too much to ask?
    Well said Mate !
    Down under and forgotten.

Maybe he was being a bit harsh, but he's right that there's no point in anyone from Harmonix posting for the sake of a post when there's nothing to report on a problem that's mostly out of their hands. It's more of a contribution to the topic than calling someone out as if your own post full of insults is any better.

If you, as a serious company, TOTALLY neglect your customers (in this particular case, PS3 users in SCEE) for 48 straight hours, without even a hint, that you are aware that there is ZERO songs available when there should be 11+ songs coming out.

Then you are doing a poor job relaying information, end of discussion!

And if you are an xbox user, please dont pretend to understand the frustration, because chances are you have just about no clue!

As said in my post above, you clearly have no clue about the situation.

There was no post with latest or up-to-date information, there were no posts at all. SCEE was supposed to get 5 RBN songs, 2 Foreigner songs, a Nightwish song and a pretty delayed 3-pack of Killswitch Engage (supposed to be released August 1).

All of the above was, what the so-called 'latest information' promised should be released for SCEE on August 15. Nothing was released at all, though.

This was informed by several users (me included) on the very same day. Not a word from Harmonix. August 16th came and went, not a word from Harmonix. Two days after (August 17th) I noticed that Harmonix seemed to be active on Twitter, so I decided to make an account, and got the information I wanted within 5 minutes from an employee.

If you still believe I'm spoiled and childish, because I find last weeks handling poor, go right ahead. But as I said more than once, you clearly do not have a clue!!
