DLC Content Missing from PS3 EU store

I was hoping the missing DLC would appear on the store today alongside the new COD: Black Ops maps, oh well never mind. While I very much hope That it will appear in the Europe PS Store update on Wednesday, I'm a(somewhat) patient dude and can wait a little while longer if I have to.

Mortal Kombat DLC is missing as well, NRS said they are contacting Sony to ask why we miss that. So, I suppose it's all thanks to PSN EU store being badly organized as usual

Nope... US (or NTSC) DLC is stored in a separate datafile, and it'd only appear/be playable in an NTSC version of the game.

Any news on the Foo Fighters and Lordi songs in the psn eur store?

Yet another reason to make the switch to the Xbox I think!! They get way more songs exclusively before the PSN does too!!

I should have known that country is the most popular genre here in europe. :S

Glad anyway that we got some discounts here, makes me hope for other discounts in the future.

Again, I just wanted to point out the fact that we're still missing the "Days Of Peace 01" pack.

I suppose that it needs to be re-submitted or we won't get it at all.. maybe it was completely forgotten during the outage.

So is the Foo's new stuff on the EU Store yet or not?

Bought in Feb some time, but content is still unavailable. I have complained many times on this forum about DLC being unavailable but it seems to have gone unnoticed. I have bought quite a bit of DLC from other devs but I have had no problems at all.

I have also contacted PSN who throw the blame at EA/Harmonix, so who is to blame? I dont really care just put it on the server or just give me my money back.

In reality its not alot of money, but the principle of the matter is its almost like stealing from the customer. The problem is that customer right stink when buying digital media .When you read the fine print of the DLC marketplaces you'll see you don't really have any rights. This may be a reason nothing is done to sort out problems encountered.

Hopefully in the future Devs take better care of customers who buy digital media. This goes for Harmonix and Sony who I'm sure are both to blame in this matter but choose to blame one another, rather than sort it out.

I sort of miss the days where you bought something and received it.

Are you sure? I'm 95% certain they put that up the same day Roy Orbison, Strutter etc went up, quite sure I've seen it in the in-game store.
