By the way, only two fo the five RBN tracks for this week showed up in the EU PS3 store. Even the Sony EU blog only lists the two.
The tracks that are available are the A Day To Remember and Rose of Jericho tracks. The other three, fail. Hopefully next week.
To add some further notes, I noticed a couple of days ago that several older legacy tracks show up as Currently Unavailable in the in-game store (incl. at least two of the Metallica tracks).

I only just bought Evanescence pack 01 through Rock Band's store interface, but could not find it through the standard Playstation Store. Odd but works.

Just to reiterate tolgaB's point - I was the one on the first page complaining about light my fire and touch me pro upgrades. Can you please push forward with this - they have been missing since the release of RB3 it's insane
