"Jane Says" pro guitar upgrade still seems to missing, it says the song is "in library" and doesn't let me
buy the pro upgrade even though it shows as having pro difficulty rattings.

Aside from the 30 days exclusive Xbox RBN stuff, not really a way to treat those in the EU that help support your product with their increasingly harder to earn cash now is it?

Sorry all, I don't know what to say at this point either. All your feedback has been passed along to the Audio team, and in turn to Sony Europe. We contact them regularly. We're not any happier with the situation than you are.

We'll continue to ping them as often as possible to get the DLC schedule back on track, to get the missing songs propped and to get the blog to reflect the actual schedule. Recent updates are getting plugged into the new DLC announcement, while back catalog content (Less Talk, More Rokk and the Marley Pro upgrade for example) will get updated here. I'll follow up when we get more info from Sony.

I think it's pretty obvious that it's not Harmonix's fault. All existing and new DLC is put up on the US PSN Store without any delays or drama, yet SCEE can't seem to keep up, or put up any of the content that mysteriously disappears.

Packs like the Green Day Pack 01 which went missing not long after the release of Green Day : Rock Band is still missing.

Packs like the SpongeBob SquarePants Pack 02 never got added, and that was well over a year ago.

Oh, and BTW, I loved the Fueled By Ramen Pack 01. To get recent music that's being played on the radio... that's awesome. I'm actually surprised we haven't gotten "Moves Like Jagger" by Maroon 5 (that song seems to be everywhere atm), though personally i'd love anything off Sum 41's "Screaming Bloody Murder" album or some more Bad Religion ("American Jesus", "Generator", "The Answer", etc.).

Here's hoping we get all the content that the US got... eventually!

Are you sure? Came back on Page 17. I can't see it in PlayStation Store but I can see it in the in-game store (AUS).

According to my email archives I purchased it August 2011 (and Pack 02 in September 2011).

Thanks Henry, we all appreciate your hard working team.. keep it up!

I just want to add that SCEE has the most work to do from all the stores... SCEE has over 10 stores I believe in the EU market (I use the Italian market) and they need to update them individually one by one... hence 10 times the work. It still does not qualify as an excuse but I can see why sometimes this happens.

Luckily enough.. the Italian market was always up to date with the UK one, and I think that is their first priority, all markets need to be up-to-date.

Regarding the blog post.. I just think that no one from the SCEE blog team is interested in RB, and blindly posts whatever is written on their DLC announcements, no double checking is done as no-one knows what the the DLC actually is. I'm suspecting this because all other games seem to be in an organized manner... except RB.

I also noticed that there are 10 songs on RB DLC and another 10 on RBN dlc... so i'm hoping SCEE will release 10, 10 songs respectively at a time until they get up to date (which makes it another 3 weeks).

beh... at least they're trying... wii could be worse...

I bought both packs as soon as they were out (before Green Day : Rock Band), so it's not really a problem for me. It may be available in the in-game store, but like you said, they're not in the AU or UK PSN Stores. There are however a few packs and individual tracks that don't appear in either the PSN Store or RB3 Music Store.

It's just irritating that not only does the US get all of the DLC before we do, they also have all those promotions for free DLC which we miss out on!
