DLC Content Missing from PS3 EU store

I often wonder the same thing. Is there a more direct means of contacting Sony, Harmonix or whoever is responsible for making Rock Band DLC available on the Stores?

For example, SingStar has discounted songs each month, and for some reason they were incorrectly priced at 10 Euros each on the Italian store. After one Tweet on SingStar's Twitter page, it was resolved the same day (within hours).

Whereas, here we have delays, missing/disappearing tracks, packs and pro-upgrades, and pricing errors that continue to go unresolved.

There has to be a better way!

Glad many of you have found that the CCR Pack 02, Less Talk More Rokk and the Pro upgrade for Them Belly Full But We Hungry are all now available. The Pro upgrade for Jane Says is expected on 2/22.

Same problem with the "To Be With You" Pro Guitar Upgrade.

It's not available on the UK (or AU) Store. It charged me for it, but says "No content was found.".

And, that RBN track from a few weeks back (The Blue News - "Just A Game") is still missing as well.

I'll flag the To Be With You upgrade and update when I hear more, likely early next week.

The Blue News track is a known issue and should be resolved soon.

There has to be a better way!

I think things are vastly improved from where they were a year ago. I can't fault SCEE for making legacy issues a lower priority than the recent issues, but now that things are much less turbulent we can try to clean house on some of these lingering issues. My assumption is that issues with a game like Singstar get resolved much quicker because they're not dealing with the same scale of DLC, since we may release more content in a week than they will in a month. Also, they're a first party title, which probably doesn't hurt.

All of this week's DLC (RB + RBN) appeared correctly, even the prices were right. I hope this trend continues.

Just confirmed that the RBN tracks are available for PS3 everywhere... except for Italy. We didn't do anything to change the submission on our end, so it's a mystery why it wouldn't appear in one country when the rest of the region is displaying as intended.

We're looking into it with Sony, and hopefully it's something they can sort on their end. If we need to resubmit it could potentially disrupt future RBN releases on SCEE but we'll do everything we can to avoid that.
