Another PSN store update and still no trace of the missing pro-upgrades. I know Harmonix is working at it and from what I understand it's a SONY EU issue. Would writing nasty mails to sony threatening legal action make things easier? Or would it make HMX people's lives more miserable?

Any news on this front? A time frame? Anything?

It'd likely make our lives more miserable. So please don't.

Rest assured, we're on top of this stuff. DLC management is a bit more hectic than usual right now as we recover from E3, finalize Blitz submission and prep for release, and ramp up for a few other DLC related surprises later this year. On top of that, our DLC production team roster has changed a bit in the last week, so there are quite a few balls up in the air.

I believe that all the missing upgrades have been flagged to Sony, it's just a matter of checking back in with them to nudge them closer to release. I'll bump that again today, but we're not able to change store content without Sony's say so, so we're still at their mercy. I'll update when we hear more, and now that we're out of the E3 weeds you shouldn't have to wait so long for updates. Thanks for your patience!

Can't check whether or not the upgrades are available, I keep getting thrown out of the in-game store. Nothing new, this seems to happen quite often on wednesdays.

This is probably just a temporary bug, but last week In My Head's upgrade wasn't available for purchase. Then again, the store didn't allow me access to any song/upgrade purchase. Make what you will of that, probably just Sony's system screwing around temporarily.
