DLC Content Missing from PS3 EU store

The latest update from SCEE is that they currently have one tester managing all RB submissions (Blitz, weekly DLC, RBN releases, etc) which would explain the bottleneck. We've stressed that Bombtrack, at the very least, needs to be a higher priority since people have actually paid for it, and hopefully we'll have an update from them soon. I will be out of the office until Tuesday, but I'll check back then to see if there has been any progress.

One tester? God, this made me laugh. Guess SCEE is in the middle of their summer holidays right now.

Bombtrack Pro Upgrade is still not in the store, and there's been no update. So this weeks DLC will be my last, and I'll have to get a refund.

We're still waiting on a response from SCEE. We're also waiting on info about Blitz, upcoming DLC submissions, various price fixes and several other significant issues.

Sorry that you feel like this week's DLC will have to be your last. If you run into any difficulty submitting a request for a refund please follow up here on in PM and I'll see if SCEE can provide us with support contact info.

Since its SCEEs fault, I shouldn't punish HMX, I just want this issue resolved before I can consider buying more stuff. I still play RB with my friends and family, and still love the game. I have emailed SCEE, so I will wait, and will post a reply if possible.

I got an email reply from SCEE, who did not read my email and simply linked me to a page on their site about "re-downloading content" despite my clear email laying out the issue for anyone to understand. They then said if that doesn't help (I honestly don't think it will, as Pro Upgrades aren't on the PS Store like other DLC, and i've re-downloaded it several times - again if the email was read it would be obvious)
then I can call up. So they take our money for something that isn't there, ignore the email completly, and then charge us more money for a phone call?

Sony called me today (wth?) and I spoke to a really really nice guy(with fine music taste!) and he said he's passing it on to head office, because it's a serious issue. Hopefully the upgrade will be appearing soon. I also told him there are a few other missing things in EU. I would recommend contacting SCEE for anyone who has had issues, because he seemed to agree this is a very serious issue and it might help things move along, and stop this from happening in future.

I'm happy to announce that I just downloaded the Bombtrack Pro Upgrade from the Store! After a long wait, it's now available for all to get.

Can't say anything about the Cinderella track's upgrade, since I haven't even purchased the song.

Good thing about the Pro upgrades; the Killswitch Engage pack is missing, btw, as well as "The End Of The Heartache", both from the store and from the in-game store.

I did notice that the pack option was missing, but I was able to purchase all three as individual tracks. I was also able to see End of Heartache in the In-Game store and get it's upgrade.

This is a surprise to me. Still, it's a pleasant one. Sounds like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. *sigh* We'll continue to follow up on our end.

And the hits just keep on coming! Here's what we've confirmed on our end.

In the in-game store, the Killswitch pack is showing up with incorrect pricing. "The End of Heartache" is showing up with no price.

In the PS Store, "The End of Heartache" appears with the correct price, but the Killswitch Pack is absent entirely.

Purchasing "The End of Heartache" in the PS Store apparently downloads the entire 3 song pack.

We've reached out to SCEE but they're likely no longer in the office at this point due to the time difference. We'll submit requests to fix all of the above, but in the meantime you should be able to download singles individually from the PS Store.

"Don't Know What You Got Til It's Gone" pro upgrade is still missing.

"The End of Heartache" doesn't appear in the PS store (both UK and Finnish store). Tried the search funtion too. Maybe it was sold out since Teme was able to purchase it earlier

In the in-game store, the Killswitch pack is "currently unavailable". "The End of Heartache" is there, but there's no "buy" option.

This week's RBN content is in the PS store but not in the in-game store.
