The only time that mine didn't work was when the picture was too large. I had my phone set at 2592 x 1944. Not sure how that happened.

just tried shrinking mine down, checked the file size
should all work but i keep getting the "rocking out too hard" page every time i hit upload

Yeah it never gave me the "Rocked Too Hard" page. It just said "an error occurred". Not sure what the problem is Jibs.
