If I was doing the Avengers movie for example at the end; the battle with New York; there would be scenes or mentions of:

- Luke Cage in Harlem
- Fantastic Four not available, being overseas/etc

prob. would insinuate this is pre-spidey, too; so maybe have Cap help a pre-Spiderman Peter Parker or something. Like he was one of the people on the bus?

Why are most of the Marvel heroes based in New York? Daredevil in Hells Kitchen, Doctor Strange in Greenwich Village, Luke Cage in Harlem, etc...
