Yeah Doc Ock was really the best Spider man villain so far.

I do think that Maguire was a bad choice but I also didn't really care for this one all that much. He was better but overall I enjoyed the original movie over Amazing.

I disagree, Garfield is the right build and he plays 90s-era Amazing Spiderman to a tee. His delivery is snappy and hilarious and the actual spiderman problems ACTUALLY exist here; sure Amazing had issues (wish it would of been better) but really is the best spiderman portrayal to date.

One of the few actors I like going to see, knowing that they'll at least have a great portrayal. Same with Javier Bardem, Tom Hanks, and my guilty pleasure Jennifer Tilly

Same could be said about Joey Lauren Adams, Gina Gershon or Winona Ryder. Sometimes you're good but you can't help being in dull movies.
