depends on personal preference:

Denim and Leather
Wheels Of Steel

are their other 2 "best"

although you could also try "The Eagle Has Landed" which is a great one to start off with really, it's a Live album with mostly tracks from these 3 albums, sounds pretty great and it gives you a pretty damn good look at most of the band's stuff. but i can't find that on youtube. It might be on US youtube though and that it's just blocked over here.
