I tend to feel lousy if I'm tired. I struggle to sleep if there isn't some kind of noise in the background. Try some stuff off this list. I've tried a couple from this page, and it's helped.

been having this since I was 13. I simply can't sleep unless my brain decides it's time to fall asleep or the rest of my body decides to collapse (which thankfully doesn't happen often)my love is like a candle, if you forget me, i will burn your damn house down.

I can't say podcasts have cured my insomnia, but they certainly have helped reduce it.
