I was at Best Buy today and saw that Rocksmith is now 49.99 and just checked online where it is 49.99 too.
Great deal for a backup copy of the game and a second cable. Just bought one for my lil bro.

I looked at best buy's website and the release date for PC version of Rocksmith is now 7/1/2012.
