ROCK JOHNSON!!! Down, down...
"Fortunately the forums ping my cell phone when there is an opportunity to discuss Witts junk."-DocSocaelicus
how about they call it RockHudson. i'm sure there'd be no trademark issues with that name.
Maybe they could call it "RockGod" or "RockLegend" or "RockMaster" or "RockBeast". I was going to say that they'd better hurry before "BandFuse" eats their lunch in Europe but, though it's scheduled for 2012 release, I don't get a sense that it's imminent. Also, it's currently only announced for the Xbox.
But they're doing a disservice to Europeans by holding it back over a trademark dispute. They're a European company--have they no continental pride???

I still think it's more about Ubisoft didn't want to re-license all the music for EU until they were sure the game was worth spending the extra money on.
They just demoed the game in the UK so the "wheels are in motion"

Guitar Hero 2005-2011
I just finished getting the last achievement that I had remaining. (Art + Functionality)
As a new guitarist who had barely held the instrument prior to October, I think it is safe to say I learned a thing or two. I am already past the the point where I hoped to be several years down the road.
In my last set, I had some awesome moments, like scoring 52,000 on Freebird, 48,000 on Hangar 18 (Combo 2, I believe), and 47,000 on Jessica. As a relatively new guitarist, I never thought I would come close to those scores, let alone get 220,000 on a master mode encore of Go With the Flow (I know, it is easy, but it is still an awesome way to close out).
Even with the full 1000 GS, I am nowhere near done with Rocksmith. I also tried playing RB3's pro mode for the first time in almost 6 months, and found it much more enjoyable. I know not many people care, but those who have taken the time to learn a new skill know how exciting it is to see great visible progress. I just felt like sharing![]()
On temporary hiatus from Rock Band. Too busy playing Rocksmith.
