I mean you never know it could be included with the September patch but I doubt it. Adding a new visual marker to like 30+ charts and also figuring out how to get the game to detect what a dead note sounds like while simultaneously adding Bass support...

As I said, I'm not even asking for it detect if it was played as a string muted note. It can just fudge the mute scoring like RB3 does and give the player a pass on the scoring as long as they play "something" for the string mute. The lack of string mutes isn't always very noticeable, but with some songs like "This Love", where at least half of all the guitar notes in the chorus are string mutes, the transcription seems quite lacking.

I thought there was going to be 1 hard rock, 1 metal and 1 classic rock song? The genre closest to the 2 songs you've mentioned is Hard Rock (unless The Darkness is being counted as metal!?!?!?)
    Wishlist (possible artists):
    [4] The Killers
    [1] The Cure
    [7] AFI
    [3] Sum 41
    [11] Linkin Park
    [51] Green Day
    [9] The Offspring

Maybe toy's guesses are wrong, and they said 1 glam, 1 hard rock, amd 1 heavy metal.

Ok, all 3 guesses are fine in terms of what's given. The Darkness is labelled Glam in RB, Lamb of God is Metal and Finger Eleven seems reasonable for Hard Rock.

Might be my favorite week of DLC I've seen out of this game if these are the right guesses.

Not for me. But I'll take just about anything over any more Black Keys DLC.
