multiplayer? is that required or just an option?
Now, if you select "Master" I'm not sure if that is the equivalent of "master mode" (i.e. the notes are all gone the whole way through), or if it's the full chart with "learn a song" style blurring, or if it's just the entire chart with no blurring.
Since these are very specific modes it's possible that master is actually just all the notes. I actually think it'd be odd to call the mode that gives you all the notes 'hard' as getting all the notes in Hangar 18 is going to be way more than hard
I think it would make more sense to have Master be Master Mode where as Hard is all the notes. I could be way off though
i would expect the same, it would be kind of confusing if master mode in one place meant "hidden notes" and in another meant "all notes are visible." of course, i'm still kinda confused about this area to begin with (sounds kind of like score duel?) but i don't think it will be totally clear until there's a demo video or something that shows it in action. but if it is like score duel, then i would think you'd want to be able to have the ability to have Master mode score duels where neither player can see the charts and have to play from memory.
Or perhaps Master (Score Attack) is full mastery with an option to have the note hiding mechanic turned off and on.
If there's an option to not hide the notes, the hidden notes should be worth more points, seeing as how the player would have needed to memorize them.
Yeah I think that will be a given since they mentioned "your score will go up" and "learn a song" mode has no score.
Guitar Hero 2005-2011
wait, "learn a song" mode (which i interpreted as being the same as rehearsal mode in the current game) doesn't give you a score? so is score attack now the only mode that gives you a score in the game?
