Does anyone know why the Squier for RB3 won't work for RS? My regular guitar is in the shop, and for whatever reason RS refuses to read my high E string. I thought it might have to do with the fact that I have my pick up really high up (due to sensitivity issues in RB3), but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

No idea, unfortunately. On my PS3, my Squier works beautifully. The cable that came with the game has a breakaway near the console end...what about reseating that? Other than that...I'm going to have to defer to the more knowledgeable folks out here.

I'm using my Squier so far, I don't really notice any issue with it yet. Also have a Peavey Predator my roommate is letting me borrow, I've used both and I have to say I feel like I'm getting better results off the Squier, thoguh the Peavey is much older and I have no idea what condition it's really in other than what I can see by looking at it.

So far though I'm enjoying the game, I like that you really are playing the notes, if you play it early or late, or the wrong note even, you hear it unlike pro mode in RB.

Something wrong with my ground on my Squier that it causes bad noise so I can't play on an amp nor RS. I have a bigger appreciation for RB3 pro more than ever and really like both. Playing both is making me a better guitar player that's for sure .

My squier has always worked fine.
