SillyStou: What will happen to this place when Rock Band ceases to exist?
RockBandRocker: We will all migrate to the Dance Central forums. It will be like Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt.
Munnchy: Only Flashier, with impeccable dance moves.
RockBandRocker: With more glitter and glam. We will survive
Modest Mouse, CCR, Vines, Pixies, Sweet, and ABB are all great.
I would be totally happy if this were true.

Southbound is actually the one out of these I am most looking forward to seeing. When I first saw this I was upset that the third Allman Bros song was not Ramblin' Man, because I had never heard Southbound, but after listening to Southbound it is filled with an insane amount of sweet bluesy goodness. I think it's a great choice.
The Good Left Undone is the one I'm looking forward to the most. Would of preferred it to be part of a Rise Against pack but the other 2 songs are pretty good so not all disappointment. I'll likely get:
Billy Idol - White Wedding
Survivor - Eye of the Tiger
Rise Against - The Good Left Undone
Modest Mouse - Float On
CCR - Have You Ever Seen The Rain
Note that I'm buying nothing though until I finally manage to get a new real tone cable as mine has broke.
Wishlist (possible artists):
[4] The Killers
[1] The Cure
[7] AFI
[3] Sum 41
[11] Linkin Park
[51] Green Day
[9] The Offspring
i'd agree with this, especially that it's a bad idea to teach a notation system that has no real-world application. eventually you're going to need to learn tab if you want to learn songs outside of RS, and it would have been nice if RS had taught that as well. newcomers do seem to think the RS interface is easier to read, and when you're only seeing one note every few seconds they're probably right. get those parts up to 100% though and it becomes a different story. the notes get bunched up so closely and the 3D perspective makes it difficult to even tell which order notes on different strings are supposed to be played. even just having a "breakneck" speed option and having a 2D display option would improve it tremendously.
Am I crazy or did they chart mandolin on the guitar for Lovesong?
