The deadline for making it into the store refers to the when a song can be approved in PR, which is Monday morning at the latest, not when it appears on rbnreleases/XBL marketplace. If a song appears on rbnreleases, that means it was approved 3 days earlier, has made it through quarantine and will be released in the in-game store next time the store is updated (unless it is found to have errors, or the author/client is delaying its release for whatever reason).

There is a cutoff for making it into the store that week as well. Some songs that show up on rbnreleases before the store updates don't make it into the update.

Well it could be that they sometimes start the update process quite early on the Thursday and songs that appear while the update is in progress don't get added, even though the actual update that we see occurs a while later. The exact time of the store update varies quite a bit as well so the cutoff won't be at the same time every week, but you can safely say that any song that shows up on the marketplace by the end of Wednesday will be released on the Thursday. You can probably say that anything that shows up before 9am Eastern Time, presumably the start of HMX's working day, will also be released that day.

This is assuming the song isn't pulled for errors or held back for another reason, of course.
