    Well, the song "I Hope You're Happy" by Loren Dircks was originally called "Guitar Hero Gone." It's lyrics are (mostly) intact because it doesn't mention Guitar Hero by name. I'm sure Guitar Hero is still trademarked by Activision and RedOctane, and if Loren Dircks can't use it in his song's title, I doubt MC Lars has a chance.

    I know for a fact he won't be able to. We wanted to get LeetStreet Boys's "Guitar Hero Hero" (same name, different song) in the game...no dice. It'd probably be the same deal here.
