Weeh, Grand Funk!
...but Loco-Motion, really?
Love Will Tear Us Apart is definitely going on my list of songs to get in the future. I have less than zero interest in the other songs.
Required DLC;
Birds of Tokyo
Children Collide
We Are Scientists
The Wombats
Art Vs. Science
(more) Muse
Wow, I'm really psyched to see pro guitar upgrade for Love Will Tear Us Apart, a song I might actually be able to play on at least Medium when I get my guitar.
I think "The Locomotion" will officially be my least favorite song now, it might not be an April Fool's gag but it makes me want to gag, thinking of the horrid wedding DJ job I had in Florida in the 90s. But I'm sure it will be popular with extremely young Rock Band toddlers.
#1 burning question: Who will be the first drummer to FC "Freezeframe" with paint splashing in their face?
Waiting for Depeche Mode, Patti Smith, Pavement, Public Enemy & more Rolling Stones. I have 2,000+ songs!
Grand Funk and J Geils are musts.
The Joy Division song I've never heard before the annnouncement and as I am being a little tight with DLC money it's a pass for me. Sounds okay, so I may pick it up later.
4 singles - 2 I'll get (Queensryche and one Staind).
Coolness.
""Freeze Frame" is a definate must and will more than likely also get "An American Band".
Woo. Definite instant buy on 3 tracks. "We're an American Band" is a great party song (and a no-brainer for a game called Rock Band), "Freeze Frame" will be a crowd pleaser, and "Love Will Tear Us Apart" is a song I've always wanted (due to my unnatural love for 80's and alternative/new wave).
Plus, pro upgrades on the three tracks is gravy.
Gonna be a good week.
What about me? I'm not getting it, either. In fact, I only made it to 1:15 and had to turn it off. Glad it's coming for the folks who like it but it's definitely not for me. J. Geils and Grand Funk, however? HELL, YEAH!
At least HMX has returned to sanity after last week's DF.![]()
It's spelled "Squier." Stop spelling it like someone who is in training to be a knight.
Well Joy Division is more or less required reading so I'm getting that for sure. May pick up J. Geils Band too. Most likely will pass hardcore on Grand Funk, not a fan.
