You guys could send him an email and show your support for more JoCo in the RBN. His email is on his website. Maybe ask him if he has any plans or suggest a couple (Keyword: couple; if you list off fifteen different random songs he might not even scan over it) and maybe we'll see a couple pop up.

I actually shot him an email after reading this. Thanks for the suggestion!

Of course, I did more than just say "Hey! I want this and this song kthxbye." Hopefully I get some sort of reply.
8/9/11 (Def Leppard) will be marked as the best day in RB history for me. HMX, major thanks for all this amazing DLC you put out!

Wasn't "I Feel Fantastic" in playtesting at some point with "Big Bad World One"?

I think I'll e-mail him and tell him "thanks for the songs you put out on Rock Band but that's all we really ever need...EVER...REALLY."

He must have a couple buddies in Harmonix that got his stuff in there because I don't see how it would have made it in the game, otherwise...

I'm pretty sure he does it himself. If I remember correctly, he was demonstrating the software at PAX a few years back

Do you not get what the Rock Band Network is? It allows any band to put their music in Rock Band themselves. That means that if he wanted his entire discography in the game he could do it. It has nothing to do with "knowing someone at Harmonix".

And he made the game before RBN because JoCo is a nerd icon. Have you ever heard anything by him? or are you just basing your ignorance on the fact that he has a few songs in the game and you think hes taking up space that could be better used for Avenged Sevenfold and Disturbed..

To be fair, JoCo does have three songs out as official DLC and at least two of his songs on the RBN were charted by Harmonix employees. That being said, it's apparent to me from this and other threads that maximz76 is just a forum troll.

I would happily author "Dance, Soterios Johnson, Dance," "That Spells DNA," and...well, pretty much anything, really! I've never heard a song of his I didn't like. Even if we don't author it, I would buy the hell out of more JoCo songs.
